Artwork Guidelines

Billboard Design Rules. All content is reviewed before it is eligible to appear on any billboard. Artwork will only be approved once it meets the following criteria.

PHOTOS & LOGOS

Photo images and logos need to be 300 dpi. Billboards CAN NOT be produced from website images, business cards or computer printouts.

EXTENSIONS

Extended advertising space on our bulletins are normally limited to 4 feet above, and 2 feet to each side.

PROPORTION AND SCALE

Art needs to be created at a scale of 1/2" equals 1' or 1/4" at 300dpi. Include a 3" bleed to each side for bulletins.

FILE FORMAT

We accept psd, tif, eps, ai and pdf files. All colors need to be CMYK. Please make sure to flatten all layers and convert fonts to outlines.

SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

Clients who supply finished materials to SignAd Outdoor must label the board number & size on the packaging. All materials are requested at least 10 working days prior to post date. Please call 713.861.6013 to verify your correct delivery address.
